LATEST NEWS

We sadly announce the passing of
Warren Barteau, age 67, on Friday,
August 27th. Warren had worked with
Rich at Bridge Marina for the past 37
years. His daughter, Bridgette, has
been a valued member of the chamber
in past years. Our deepest sympathies
go out to the family at this time.
Services will be held in Oyster Bay at
Pillari Funeral Home on Thursday,
Sept. 2nd at 7pm and Friday, Sept. 3rd
with an afternoon and evening service.

COMMUNITY ANOUNCEMENTS

ANNUAL BAYVILLE WATERSIDE FESTIVAL

Please join us on September 11th and 12th at Ransom Beach for our
Waterside Festival from 11am to 6pm each day. Features include
numerous fantastic Arts & Crafts vendors, children's inflatable attractions
and activities, outstanding expanded food and beverage court, live
entertainment each day sponsored by Bethpage Federal Credit Union,
our infamous clam eating contest, and a daily 50/50 Raffle.

This is the third year that the Chamber is presenting this event and we
hope to have made significant improvements each year. With Mother
Nature's blessing, we hope to have some great weather to showcase our
Festival. We will take care of the rest to make it an enjoyable family
oriented weekend.

So mark your calendars now for the weekend after Labor Day. Our
festival isn't as big as our neighbor's in October, but it is comfortable and
cozy and you'll definitely find a parking spot. Check out flyer.
